On October 11th, we commemorate the World Road Day.
Therefore, from Global Spedition we would like to take this opportunity and congratulate all those who use the road to carry out their activity, as well as those in charge of keeping the roads in the best possible condition.
The road is needed for the transport of goods and passengers, and it is our responsibility to take care of it and preserve it.
For this reason, we would like to remark some tips that will improve our relation with heavy vehicles on the road:
- Always keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you.
- Before overtaking, make sure you can do it in fully safety conditions.
- When overtaking, keep a safe lateral distance from the vehicle you are passing.
- Avoid standing in the blind spot of trucks and buses, as the lack of visibility is a risk for everyone.
