Despite having little experience, <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Global <span style=\"color: #ba122b;\">Spedition<\/span><\/strong><\/span> welcomed me from the beginning and <strong>gave me an opportunity that I did not hesitate to utilise<\/strong>&#8222;.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity that she speaks of led her to be today the <strong>leader of the base&#8217;s Fleet Managers team<\/strong>, a task that without doubt requires certain aptitudes: &#8222;The work in the Fleet Department has many facets, thus it requires being <strong>versati<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalspedition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Vanessa-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3863 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.globalspedition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Vanessa-2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>le and adaptive<\/strong>&#8222;.<\/p>\n<p>Vanessa defines herself as a very <strong>extroverted<\/strong> person, a characteristic that she shows both in and outside the workplace. However, in her free time the activities that satisfy her most are those that require peace and tranquility, such as <strong>reading<\/strong>, <strong>meditation, yoga or walks on the beach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the company&#8217;s philosophy, her commitment to training stands out: &#8222;<strong>They give you opportunities to grow and improve<\/strong>, which makes the personnel evolve parallel to the company&#8220;.
